Purchased on App Store wish to use or sync password to my Windows PC

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I purchased 1password on Mac App Store for $99.99 & now wish to also use or sync my passwords to my Windows gaming PC. As your website says can install on as many computers as I like how do I get a key to enter at the prompt during windows insatllation ? Thanks
