Keyboard shortcut for opening 1Password in Windows.
The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+\ is interfering with the accent-key (acute) on my Norwegian layout keyboard. I need to press AltGr+\ to get to acute symbol but then I get the 1Password dialog. To avoid this I have to learn ascii codes for á (Alt+num0225), é (Alt+num0233), etc. You see my problem? I don't know why AltGr+\ should pretend to be Ctrl+\ ? How can I change this?

@mgranum: Sorry for the confusion! While
Ctrl \
is the default, you can change it in 1Password Preferences > Logins. And whatever you choose, addingAlt
to it (e.g.Ctrl Alt \
) will open the 1Password menu instead of filling, and then you can open the main app from there. This shortcut won't work in all apps, but in most places (i.e. Windows File Explorer) it's a quick way to open 1Password using the keyboard. I hope this helps! :)0
