Problems in 2016.6.305d
Hi, All. I just update 1password Windows Beta to the 2016.6.305d(automatically)
When I open the vault, I'm surprised with over 700 entries which should be around 400.
The Interesting part is there are so many new entries with empty contents in them and I could only see some long random names on the entry list and "item #123" -like usernames...
Not sure what is that...
BTW, the bug of duplicate password field in the entry details is still there ;)

Hi @Donaldd,
Did you recently remove any vault in your 1Password database, specifically a vault or combination of vaults that had 300 items in it?
What you're seeing is deleted items and the titles are the UUID of the said items. We had a bug where they weren't removed properly from the database but they should be fixed in the latest updates.

Hi @Donaldd,
Unfortunately, the fix isn't retroactive. To fix this, you have to reset the database. We do have one more database reset coming in the near future. You could wait until then to reset the database but we would recommend doing it now to avoid contaminating future bug reports.
Here's how:
- Close 1Password and open Windows File Explorer, enter the following in the address bar:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\1Password
- Move the sqlite file to your
Documents > 1Password
directory for now - Reopen 1Password and add your vaults.
I would like you to remove the vault once again and see if it remains fixed properly. We have tested this and it looks great but if there's something on your setup that we're not seeing, we'd like to fix it now. If it looks good, go ahead and re-add the vault. Delete or archive the sqlite file in your
Documents > 1Password
directory as you won't need it anymore.0 - Close 1Password and open Windows File Explorer, enter the following in the address bar:
