Lost Toolbar Icon

I had to reset my IE 11 in Windows 10. This cancelled all my toolbars and when I went to add them back I could no longer find the icon. I followed all the troubleshooting tips but still haven't recovered it. I have enclosed a screen shot of my IE "Manage Add-0ns" and you will see that 1Password is mentioned twice. The second mention which shows the icon says not available.

Forget I wrote. It has just come back into the available commands and so it is back and working. Sorry to have troubled you. Not sure why it wasn't there originally.
