1Password is not syncing between extension and desktop app

    Since installing 1password for families my new logins are only syncing between my browser extension and my desktop app. Not between devices. Nor are they showing up on my online vaults. Furthermore, in my wife's Windows 10 device, browser extensions aren't even working. I know I'm missing something here; I simply want to create a new login, save it and whenever I return to that login page on mine, or other devices, I want to be automatically prompted to click one login link.

    Right now, it is too early for that to be ready in 1Password 6 beta apps on Windows, we've only just enabled the basic integration with the browser extensions for limited filling support.

    We're working on implementing the rest of the integration to support saving new Login items, filling on more sites, and so on.

    However, syncing between devices should be working perfectly by now.

    Could you do this for me:

    1. Create a new login item with fake content in the 1Password 6 beta app
    2. Enter /log in the search field of 1Password to bring up its logging window
    3. Click on the save icon to save the log and email it to us at support+windowsbeta@agilebits.com. Please include the link to this thread as well, so we can connect the email to this thread.

    Downloaded 1password 6 Beta for Windows to replace 1Password4.
    Could not log into account, even though the information was exactly the same as a successful login on the 1password web site.
    Nothing about this process has been good.
