Hi @meander,

Are you on Windows 8.1 by any chance?

Your installed .NET framework is outdated, we require 4.6.1 to be installed. Please download the .NET 4.6.1 framework installer here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49981

After it is installed, reboot, and run Windows Updates to check for updates, it should report more updates for the .NET framework, check under Optional Updates as well.
