some entries not visible

The 1P6 Beta for Windows does not display all of the entries available when I view the same vault through myaccount.1password.com. It is missing an entry of the "Login" type, and from visual inspection I can't tell how it differs from the other Logins.

Additonally, I see an entry with a 26-character random alphanumeric name that says "item #792" but does not display any additional details when selected. Could this be what I'm missing?

    Hey @cainlevy, did you migrate your data using 1Password 6, or did you simply sign into your 1Password account?

    If you migrated using 1Password 6, and you know what the missing login item is, you can try migrating that item individually, or start from scratch and migrate your data over to a new Vault on your Families account. Otherwise, this may be a sync issue and you can try entering /sync into 1Password 6s' search bar to force the app to sync back up with the server.

    If you're still having this issue, click "settings > email us" and send us a diagnostic report so that we can look more closely at what's going on.

    Just to be clear, please do not delete the broken item in 1Password 6 Beta if you decide to rebuild it by migrating it again.

    ...item #792 does sound like the missing item. What you're seeing is 1Password 6 beta not able to decrypt the content of it, which is why the title is not shown, instead the unique ID of the item is shown. I suspect there's something in the item that 1Password 6 beta doesn't understand and thus, skips decrypting it.

    If forcing the sync doesn't help, I would recommend trying to view the item in 1Password 6 and send us the logs as Mohamed mentions, so we can figure out what's going on.

    @mohamedosman I signed into an existing account with the Beta, but I tried /sync and didn't notice any change.

    I do see that the log file says "V3 refreshing after detected changes" each time that I enter /sync. I believe V3 is the affected vault, based on earlier log entries.

    Sorry, where do I send the full log file? Do I post it here?
