How to report a specific site which does not work with 1Password?
I am unable to use 1Password on this site: http://shop.coles.com.au/online/national. I can't see where to report this site to you so you can see why it is not working. I am able to use 1Password successfully on all other sites.
Thank you

Hi @Pixelwarrior,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble using 1Password. That looks like a pretty useful website: I want home delivery of my Groceries! ;)
I am going to try to help you here but understand I am not using a Windows computer so I may miss something that the Agile Bits people can clarify.
Can you elaborate on what you mean by 'unable to use 1Password'? Are you referring to logging into your account or auto-filling credit card details?
Logging In with 1Password
If you are referring to logging into this website with 1Password I have found an issue that has a work around:
I just created an account on the Cole's website. After logging out and then double clicking on the entry in the 1Password App it brought the site up but nothing happened.
I then noticed that the URL that had been saved into 1Password is this URL https://shop.coles.com.au/, but the login URL is https://shop.coles.com.au/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/national#overlay=logIn.Coles has created a login page that makes it very difficult for 1Password to auto fill for you and give you one of the biggest benefits of using 1Password.
I found that by editing the entry in 1Password to use the login page URL in combination with using the 1Password Browser Extension I can auto fill the login page.
Here is how to set this up:
- Copy this URL onto your Clipboard: https://shop.coles.com.au/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/national#overlay=logIn
- In the 1Password app goto your Coles Entry
- Click on the Edit button in the bottom right corner.
- Click on the URL in the 'website' field - it should be https://shop.coles.com.au/
- Double click on the URL till it is highlighted.
- Paste the URL on your clipboard in.
- Hit the Save button in the bottom right corner.
Unfortunately I found that if I double click on the entry in the main 1Password app on a Mac it still does not open the login URL and add my login information.
The good news is that there is a work around here by using the Browser extension.
If you have not setup a browser extension click on this link - https://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions to install it.
Once the browser extension is installed follow the directions here:
https://support.1password.com/guides/windows/use-saved-login.htmlIf you are having trouble with the credit card
Unfortunately I haven't been able to get to the Credit Card page as I don't seem to be able to make up a valid phone number.
What I can tell you though is that if there is a problem on the Credit Card page there probably isn't much that can be done. This is because different websites have been setup in various ways and the methods that the developers use may not be what are considered 'best practices'.
This is evident in how they have chosen to setup their Login page. By having the "#overlay=logIn" part of the URL it is hard for 1Password to find the login page automatically, as it does with sites that have been constructed using 'best practices'.
In these cases it is up to the website developers to make changes that will help 1Password help their users to access their site.
Does that help?

Hi @Pixelwarrior,
First of all, rest assured that you have reached AgileBits! Could you please give us some more details on how exactly 1Password isn't working for you? What exactly are you seeing?
If you have trouble singing in using 1Password, the easiest fix is to save the login manually. To do so you only need to follow these instructions: https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/. Please let us know whether this helped or if we should dig deeper! :chuffed:
