Firefox plugin and vault not synced
A number of times where the 1Password Firefox plugin asks if it should save login credentials it simply doesn't save it to my vault.
For example just now when I registered at AgileBits. It asked if it should save it. I said yes. Clicking the 1Password browser button it recognizes it has stored data for agilebits.com. However, when logging in to the vault (using the Windows application) there is no information there for AgileBits. Multiple times this has caused me to lose passwords 1Password have generated. What is wrong here?

Hi @GaryFisken,
That shouldn't be possible as the 1Password program is handing the data directly, so there's no sync required between the extension and the data folder.
Please use this guide to generate the 1Password diagnostic report and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com. Also, in the email, include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.
