Old Chrome extension (3.9.21.90) isn't syncing with new Chrome extension or 1Password 4 PC

I recently upgraded my old install of 1Password 1 PC to 1Password 4 but have noticed the old Chrome extension (3.9.21.90) where I've saved some passwords don't show up in 1Password 1, 1Password 4 or the new Chrome extension.

Can I sync or recover the old Chrome extension data with my new install of 1Password 4 and the updated Chrome extension?

Once disconnected it isn't likely it will synchronise again, not based on my experiences on the Mac but the good news is as a Chrome user we should be able to extract the information. We'll email you shortly with the required information.
