sync problem from windows 10 PC to iphone 5

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hi, i tried really hard to wifi-sync my windows 10 pc with my iphone but there is no way. There is allways timed out. Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomainCode=60.
The last step was to newinstall the app at the iphone. It didnt work.
It would be very nice you could help.

    Hi @werkwalde,

    There are usually two reasons for this:

    1. The time and date are out of sync between the PC and iPhone, the Wi-Fi sync requires precise timing between each other. Please double-check the time settings for both to make sure they have the same time/date.
    2. Your PC's network is set to private type but doesn't allow the PC to be discoverable on the local network.

    Here's how to handle the second problem:

    1. Click on Start Menu, go to Settings and select Network & Internet
    2. Click on the Wi-Fi on the left side bar and then click on the Wi-Fi - Connected button (if the PC is wired, choose Ethernet)
    3. Now, turn on Make this PC discoverable

    Log out and log back in, see if that helps.

    Hi Mike,
    thanks a lot for your quick answer.
    Your tip brought me the right path. It was the firewall of my virus programm, i had to disable.
