Using 1Password with an SSH client.
Is there anyway to get 1Password to work with an SSH client such as Vandyke's SecureCRT? I really do not want to have my password saved in the clear. If the capability does not exist today, is possible to develop a solution for it?

@neteng: Worst case scenario, you can store your credentials in 1Password securely and copy/paste them as needed, rather than storing them in the clear. It isn't possible to (safely and securely) integrate with other apps that lack extension frameworks like the browsers have.
But you may be able to use the 1Password 4 Auto-Type feature to create and use an application login.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions! :)

Hi @neteng,
Does SecureCRT support passing in a cmd call with parameters? If yes, read my post here on how to make it work with 1Password as it supports saving a URL to cmd:// and {USERNAME}{PASSWORD} parameters.
