Moving from Mac to Windows

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hi. I have been using 1Password for Mac for 3 or 4 years. I have just switched to a Windows computer, and need to enter a license key, however I don't have one since I originally paid via the Mac App Store. Do I need to buy a new key or is there some way of transferring the license? Thanks for your help.

    Hi @ClintonBoyd,

    You'll have to buy a separate license to use 1Password on Windows but not at the full price. Can you email us your proof of purchase from Apple's iTunes team or if you don't have that email with the receipt, you can look it up in the App Store's Purchase history here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088

    You can send it to support+license@agilebits.com. Let us know here when you sent it, so we can confirm we got the email.
