Remove entry from a folder without deleting the entry

I added a new folder and put some entries in it. I now want to remove some of those items from the folder without deleting the item. How do I do that? When I right click the item I don't get an option to remove from folder, I just bought the software yesterday so I am using the latest version. I am running windows 7 professional

@rjsurratt: No problem! Just select the item in the folder and drag it to "Unassigned" on the left. I hope this helps! :)
