How to I install 2 accounts for the same company?

I entered LifeLock for John - OK
I need to enter a separate link for LifeLock - Sally
1Password wants to overwrite my access.
How do I enter 2 separate links to the same company?

@strjohn388t: I'm sorry for the confusion! You can save as many new logins for the same site as you wish. The only drawback is that you'll have to scroll through them and pick the right one any time you want to login. Just make sure you name them each something unique so you can easily distinguish them from each other. If there's just a few though it isn't so bad. ;)

However, you should be aware that 1Password 3 is not compatible with El Capitan since it was developed so long ago. You can find more details here:

    1Password 3: Modern browsers and OS X

So ultimately the best option may be to upgrade to 1Password 6, which fully supports modern macOS and browser releases. And you appear to already have a 1Password 6 license. Let me know if you have any questions!
