1password windows appears twice

Hello,
sometimes there are two 1password windows displayed in the taskbar.

how can I avoid it?

    @QTimoQ: That is odd. I wonder if Windows is simply getting confused for some reason. I know I occasionally encounter "phantom" windows in other apps, and restarting the app or Windows resolves it. Does that help? Also, be sure to let us know the steps if you're able to get 1Password into this state consistently. Let me know what you find! :)
