1password for teams vault load error

I have logged into my team vault on Win 7 SP1 with Password 6 Beta. Login credentials appear to have succeed after error. No items showing synced in vault. Attempted restarts, reinstalls, and signing in again. Asssuming Password 5 does not handle team vault access.

Error presents when logging in: 'vault properties dialogue not implemented yet'

    If you log in to your Team account on 1Password.com (use Chrome, Firefox or Opera as IE is not supported) and go to your vault, do you see any data?

    Are you seeing that when you click on Settings > Account & Vaults > (your Team name) > Vault Properties? If yes, that's a normal error to let you know we haven't implemented the view just yet.

    Yes, when logging in using chrome yes I can see all of the shared data. The error appears when I am attempting to use 1password 6 beta for windows only. So you are saying, using 1password 6 beta we can't access the team vault yet, correct? I should be able to see the team vault using 1password for mac, however. Is that correct?

  • Hi @phmsoaccounting,

    You can use your 1Password Teams account in 1Password 6 Beta, it does support viewing and modifying the data in it. The error however is not related to your 1Password account or its data, it's just saying that the Vault Properties view doesn't exist yet, it is not needed to use your data.

    Could you email us your 1Password 6 Beta logs, so we can see what's going on. Here's how to do this:

    1. Open Windows File Explorer and enter the following in the address bar to open our diagnostics folder: %LOCALAPPDATA%\1Password\Diagnostics
    2. Reproduce the issue in 1Password 6, you'll then see a current.txt file show up or updated
    3. Please email that file to us at support+windowsbeta@agilebits.com, also include the link to this thread along with your forum username.

    Let me know here when you sent it, so we can confirm we got the log file.
