Using FireFox, my Add-On icon does not respond most of the time.

If I restart my computer, or refresh the screen, I can eventually get it to work. The problem has existed for a few weeks and is getting worse.

    It sounds like there may be a third party program on your system filtering the local communication between 1Password extension in Firefox and 1Password. We've seen this happen more recently with Sophos.

    Please use this guide to generate the 1Password diagnostic report after reproducing the problem and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com. Also, in the email, include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.
