1Password.exe Missing

I have purchased 1Password and am very pleased with it. I've been using it for a couple of months now with no problems.

But for some reason I cannot open it at the moment. I can see it's running and I can even retrieve and save logins etc. But it will not open the main GUI. I have no idea why. The padlock icon is still visible in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It is still listed as an installed piece of software in Windows.

Any ideas what might be causing this and what the fix would be? I don't want to go ahead and reinstall as I am unsure as to what bits I will need to keep in order for me to not lose any information.

I did e-mail support yesterday but have, unfortunately, still not received a reply.
