In the Windows 10 Anniversary Update the Microsoft Edge Browser supports extensions:

So please work on an Extension for Microsoft Edge!

@OLLI_S: We'd very much like to, but it isn't possible at this time without support for localhost communications, which 1Password uses to talk to the browser extensions. We're evaluating alternatives so we can in the future though. If we can come up with a good solution, I think we'll all be very happy. :)
