Helper not starting automatically...?
I'm using 1Password Families, and have the beta installed on Windows 10 with Desktop Only. For some reason, the Register Helper button doesn't seem to work. The extension works as long as I have 1Password app up, and I can see its icon in the taskbar. I'm assuming it's supposed to be registered as a start-up application?
Also, as a separate but related issue, I only see the option to "Copy" not manually "Fill/Auto-Type" like in previous versions. Am I just missing something?
Thanks!

Hi @Amarand,
Right now, what you're seeing is "normal" for the current 1Password 6 Beta build.
- Register 1Password Helper won't provide any feedback when you click on this, this will eventually be removed. All this does is add a registry call to open the main app when you click on the 1Password extension's icon. It is not for auto-starting the app, which is a separate setting that we will add in a future update.
- Right now, you have to open the main 1Password app, unlock before you can open your web browser for the 1Password mini to work with you
- The 1Password mini is not yet tuned for working with the context of filling your data in, we've only shipped the first build of 1Password mini last week and are working on more updates to improve it. Right now, it reuses the same item list view in the main app, which has the same contextual menu when you right-click on it, it's for copying your data to other vault.
- If you click on the item in 1Password mini, it will do the filling, there's no need to right-click to have this option.
We have plans to customize the menu in 1Password mini to offer Copy username/password/TOTP among other things. Auto-type won't be offered for a while but it is something we want to add in a future update.
