Hey @Helladen thanks for getting back to us with this question. Auto-saving passwords through the browser extension has not yet been implemented, but it near the top of our priority list. You can look here in the "roadmap" section to see what features we're prioritizing for the near future. Let me know if you have a question about anything else :).

I also can't even add a password manually, so I reverted back to version 4.

@Helladen you can add a password from the main app, but it still isn't possible to add passwords through 1Password mini.

We're working on adding these key features and I hope you'll give us another shot once 1Password 6 can better meet your needs :)

The new button doesn't work for me. It is greyed out. A few of the buttons are greyed on in the app.

@Helladen, editing and adding new items is only available for 1Password accounts right now. If you're using a Dropbox vault or Folder vault, then 1Password 4 definitely the better experience for you right now. 1Password 6 is better suited to 1Password account users at the moment, but we will be enhancing the experience to provide better support for legacy vaults and other features 1Password 4 users have come to expect.

Thanks again for the feedback :)
