Device de-authorization
Hi!
I am a 1Password subscription user and to access my passwords on Windows I downloaded the 1P version from the Windows Store. After I discovered that this version was behind the version offered directly from the AgileBits servers, I deleted the version from the Windows Store and installed the one from the AgileBits servers.
On the Authorized Devices section on my.1password.com, the Windows Store version is still showing up and when I want to de-authorize it, it shows me the following message: "The 1Password for Windows beta doesn’t support device de-authorization quite yet."
I lived with that, but now after updating to the newest 1Password Beta version (which forced me to re-login), I have a total of 3 Windows devices showing up now. One from the Windows Store version, one from the old Beta version (which also can't be removed) and the one I'm actually using now.
Is there any way to remove the older entries?

Hey @Robs, sorry for the trouble with this, there currently isn't any way to remove these entries but this is a known issue and I've made a note of it. We'll have a fix for it in a future build.

Yes I would like to have this feature so badly, as I had a temp PC and now it is authorized and I cannot remove it. Strange behavior, as it happens on the website and I am wondering why the website needs a feature from the client to de-authorize... Hope it will be possible very soon.

We know how important this feature is to you @tylex and we do plan on adding this ability in the future. I'm sorry for the trouble it's causing you, but rest assured, it's on our minds and we'll look to fix this in the future.

Now that 1Password 6 for Windows is out of beta, it would be great if I could delete all those entries from several installations of the beta app that I don't use anymore from the Authorized Devices list.

Hi @Robs,
Thanks for writing in. This hasn't been implemented yet in 1Password 6 for Windows, it is still on our list to do.
When you de-authorize a device, we flag the device, so if 1Password 6 app connects again and sees that flag, it will reset itself. Right now, 1Password 6 for Windows doesn't know what to do yet, so it can't be de-authorized properly. However, we are having internal discussions about this because it has caused some confusions on what it really does and we might want to redesign it on the web site as well.

Still getting this error. I have a total of 6 unused Windows entries that're really annoying and maybe even unsafe since the device has been sold.

Yes, same here!

@christan @tylex sorry about that, we have it fixed and it will be enabled on the web app shortly after next big update 6.4 is out. Please make sure you have updated to 6.3.359 or signed up for beta to get smooth installer experience.
