I am new to 1password, I have opened my shortcut on windows desktop, what do I do next? I forget how
I am helping a friend and I am new to 1password, my friend is also
He has 1password on his windows laptop (IT store put it on for him)
I opened the shortcut on the desktop
It is asking for a vault?
am I accessing it properly?
He has a master password which he has shared
He wants to put in all his passwords so he can use the master password itself
Can you tell me the steps to take to help him please. I did not install the 1password for him initially

Before we proceed, are you guys using our 1Password.com service to share data with each other or are you using our standalone 1Password 4 product and sharing a vault folder between each other?
