1Password 6 - Firefox extension not working properly
After installing 1Password 6 on Windows 7, the Firefox extension isn't working properly. When clicking on the icon or using the keyboard shortcut it brings up all your logins in the vault rather than selecting the right one and filling the fields automatically. When you then choose the right login, it fills it successfully. Have tried removing and re-adding the extension but that didn't work.
Works fine on Chrome.
1Password Version: 6.0.224d
Extension Version: 4.5.9
OS Version: Windows 7
Sync Type: Not Provided

Hi @two7offsuit,
Does that happen on every site? It sounds like it is not getting the URL from Firefox and thus, it doesn't filter the list. We have seen weird issues with Firefox not passing on the right URL data to us and we're trying to address them.
Just to be clear, clicking on 1Password icon will always bring up 1Password mini, even if you only have one Login item. Only the shortcut will bypass the mini window and automatically fill your data in, as long as there is only one Login item for the site.

Hi @MikeT
Yes it happens on every site.Regarding the 1Password icon, yes it always brings up the mini but at the top you would always see the login respective of the site you're on in previous versions. Here it doesn't. Just shows all logins.
Many thanks.

Hi @two7offsuit,
Can you send us your 1Password diagnostics file, so we can see what's going on. First, reproduce the issue in Firefox a few times and then do the following:
- Click on the start button to search for "Event Viewer". On the left sidebar, expand "Applications and Services Logs", 1Password should show up below here
- Right click on 1Password to select "Save all events as" and save it as 'logs.txt', set "Save as Type" to "Text (tab delimited) (*.txt)"
- Attach that file to an email to us at support+windowsbeta@agilebits.com, please include your forum username and the link to this thread.
Let us know here when you've sent that email, so we can confirm we got it.
Thanks!

Hi @MikeT
Logs on their way. In further inspection, it seems the issue only happens on internal company websites rather than external ones. Hope this helps.I've also posted a separate issue I'm having on another windows laptop where the helper in Firefox doesn't even load. Will also send those logs.
