Sync issues following a reinstall of windows 10

HI
I've been using 1password 4 on windows 10, syncing with ipad and android devices via dropbox. My windows machine got hosed by bitdefender optimizer software. I reinstalled windows, dropbox and 1password. 1Password finds the dropbox vault and the password to open the vault works but there is nothing in the vault?
I've tried reinstalling dropbox and reinstalling 1password to no avail.
The password vault is, thankfully, still accessible from my ipad and phone but I need it on Windows.

    @mcblades: Ouch. I'm really sorry to hear that. Thanks for reaching out! That sounds like your data in Dropbox may have gotten mangled in the mess. :(

    It sounds like you have a good copy of your 1Password data on your iOS devices. Great! First, make sure sync is disabled there, and then back it up!. Then delete your vault(s) in Dropbox. Then enable sync on the first device to create a new vault in Dropbox. And finally, enable sync on your other devices and open the vault you just created there so they're all using the same data. Let me know how it turns out! :)
