Questions after Migrating to 1P v6

Hello:
I've been running 1P v4 for a year or so and am now checking out v6. I imported my passwords.
A few questions:
1) I don't see how to empty the trash. I have a single vault selected.
2) Is there an export function?
3) When I imported my data, an "imported" tag was created and applied to each item (300 items) - is there a way to remove the tag?
4) If I want to run both versions for awhile, including the browser extension, I can use the process manager to shut down one version. Is there a way to then connect the other version to the browser?
Thanks.

@pixeldroid: First of all, thanks for participating in the 1Password 6 Windows desktop beta! We appreciate the feedback. :)

    1) I don't see how to empty the trash. I have a single vault selected.

It isn't possible to empty the Trash in 1Password 6 yet. We'll be adding that in a future version. In the mean time you can empty Trash in the 1Password.com web interface.

    2) Is there an export function?

1Password 6 does not currently have an export feature, but we're working on adding that in an update.

    3) When I imported my data, an "imported" tag was created and applied to each item (300 items) - is there a way to remove the tag?

Tags can be edited in the item details. It sounds like you may be looking for a way to "bulk edit" items, but this isn't possible. We'll be adding more tag management options in the future though.

    4) If I want to run both versions for awhile, including the browser extension, I can use the process manager to shut down one version. Is there a way to then connect the other version to the browser?

It can be a bit tricky with both apps, but if there is only one one running it will connect to the browser automatically without the other interfering. However if you had previously been using the other app with the browser and then killed the process, you may need to restart the browser for the other to take over.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions. :)
