Can't Login

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hi Team,

I deinstalled the 1 passowrd on all my devices and wanted to reinstall them again.
Now the problem is the login part:

  1. im typing to URL with my credentials
  2. the email is correct
  3. the key is correct
  4. and my password is correct

but i recieve following message : Cannot sign in. The email address and Account Key are not correct for "xxxxxxxx".1password.com

Can anyone help me out with this.
By the way: if i try that on my samsung phone then i can see my password any my login credentials but there is a message popping up saying that there is a problem and my system cant sync.

    @IchIch: I'm sorry for the confusion! It sounds like you may have converted from a different account type to an individual plan...but you're still trying to login using the old custom URL (which you no longer have). Is that correct? All individual accounts use https://my.1password.com as the login URL, so you'll need to login there on each device now if that's the case. Let me know if that helps! :)
