Remember Windows Size
Whenever I open 1Password 6 Beta the windows defaults to an extremely large size. (Triple monitor setup, Nvidia surround, virtual display size 7680x1440).
1Password actually stretches across most of all three monitors.
- This is a rather giant initial window size.
- More importantly if 1Password would remember the windows size (and position) I last left it to prior to closing it or rebooting this wouldn't be an issue.

Hi @Mettius,
I'm jealous of your monitor setup. Would it be possible to let me borrow it to do some "testing"?
We will make sure 1Password remembers its window state when you close it, so it opens in the same spot as you've left it. However, the current initial state is set to only the primary monitor and shouldn't take up too much space.
Is it possible nVidia is telling Windows it is all one monitor with that resolution instead of three monitors? That could explain why 1Password behaved the way it did.

1Password behaved the way it did.Yes, exactly, Nvidia surround creates what looks to Windows a single (virtual) monitor which is the sum of the member displays' resolution.

Thanks, that makes sense and why it stretches out. We have an open bug report to retain the window size and locations. I've added your information to explain why we need to fix this sooner.

Thanks for bringing this one up - on an ultrawide monitor it also takes up a huge amount of space even though it's only resetting its position on the primary monitor

Thanks for sharing that, I don't think any of us have an ultra-wide one, so it is difficult to see it. I've added your feedback to the same bug report.

I run a 4320x1920 virtual display (4 units of 1080x1920, i.e., 4 HDs tiled in portrait) in NVidia Surround, and see the same issue. It's a nice problem to have, and I can understand if its not at the top of the to-do list.
