CTRL+\ fails to auto fill if I have multiple accounts for a website after the latest 6.0.239 [Fixed]

CTRL+\ auto fill in Chrome Browser was working fine until my last installed version (6.0.227), Today when I installed 6.0.239, CTRL+\ fails to auto fill if I have multiple accounts for a website. However, it works fine on websites where I dont have multiple accounts.
So, now when I user CTRL+\, the mini 1 password window flickers and 'Routed to op://show.' is logged as shown below.

  • Hey @Viswa2503,

Thanks for writing in. From what we can tell you've run into a very specific bug that our developers are about to fix in the next beta update.

Please be patient for a little while longer and once the next version is out, let us know if the issue has been fixed.

    Cheers,

    Alex

  • Hi @Viswa2503,

Just to explain what's going on, when you have more than one Login item, 1Password mini must show you the UI to select an item to fill. There's a strange bug with the way Windows render 1Password mini and our attempt to focus it has caused it to dismiss instead.

With the helper of a customer here, we were able to determine it to a specific Windows theming bug and we'll fix it in the next update.

    Hi @Viswa2503,

If you're on Windows 7, try to switch to the default Windows 7 Aero theme, that should allow 1Password mini to work better.

When the next update is available, you can switch back to the previous theme you're using.

  • Hi @Viswa2503,

W've just shipped the 6.0.245d update with the fixes for this 1Password mini issue. Could you restart the 1Password app, wait 10 seconds for the update check and then install this update. Once installed, try to revert back to your previous theme if you've changed it and see if 1Password mini works much better now.
