unable to enter password to login

The window that asks for the master password does not accept any typing.
The result is that I cannot access my Vaults.
Probably related to update to Anniversary edition of Windows 10, but did not check access to 1Password before the update.

1Password: can't tell the version as I can't log in but I do have to update on.

    Thanks for writing in.
    Can you tell us if this is 1Password 4 (local vault, Dropbox or WLAN sync) or the 1Password 6 beta (1Password accounts)?

    You can try installing the latest version of the respective application over the currently installed one to see if it fixes the issue.
    Here are the download pages for 1Password 4 and the 1Password 6 beta.

    Hi Alex,

    It is the 6 beta version.
    The problem was solved by removing 1Password and then installing it again.

    By the way: I thought it was an official release in stead of a beta. When is the beta coming? It was promised at least for September.

    @HalfBekend: Sorry for the confusion! The new 1Password 6 Windows desktop app is currently in beta, but we're preparing a stable release. More info to come!
