    MIKE- I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS ABOVE. I AM NEW TO 1PASSWORD AND CANNOT GET IT TO WORK. I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 10 AND HAVE MCAFEE FIREWALL. I HAVE DONE WHAT YOU RECOMMEND ABOVE- DELETE, REBOOT, etc.

Could you please give us some details about what's going on we'll be able to help you better :chuffed: I split your comment because I think you answered on a different thread than you meant to: it was related to Mac and answered by Drew and not Mike.
