Hi all. My master password is not longer accepted on my windows computers.
My account was working great on 2 iPads, an iPhone, a Mac and 2 windows 10 units. Now the PC's won't accept my master password. When I reinstall the beta apps (from hockeyapp.net?!) I don't see a welcome screen so I can't use the QR code. Just the password entry which doesn't work. As far as I know the windows computers apps' were fine a couple of weeks ago.

Can you please tell us whether you've recently changed the master password of your 1Password.com account?
Additionally: please check that the keyboard layout you use on your PC is the same as usual?If you didn't change the master password and the keyboard layout is the same one you always use, please exit 1Password 6 using the tray icon, go to
%localappdata%/1Password/data, move the files to the desktop, start 1Password 6 again, and sign into your account using the QR code and your master password.We'll be here if you need further assistance.

Deleting the files in the user\appdata\local\1password\data folder did the trick. Thanks very much!
