missing logins in windows beta

Went looking for a particular login I created yesterday on my IOS app and did not find it in the Windows beta. Noticed I have 3 more items on IOS than on Windows beta. Suggestions?

    Thanks for writing in.

    Did you recently change your credentials for your 1Password.com account, like email address, password and so on?

    If not, can you check on the 1Password.com web app to see if the data is there.

    no credential change. web app and ios app both show 400 items. Windows beta shows 397 items.

    Thanks for the details, can you send us your 1Password diagnostics logs, so we can figure this out for you.

    1. Click on the start button to search for Event Viewer, open it.
    2. On the left sidebar, expand Applications and Services Logs, 1Password should show up below here
    3. Right click on 1Password to select Save all events as and save it as 'logs.txt', set Save as Type to Text (tab delimited) (*.txt)
    4. Email that file to us at support+windowsbeta@agilebits.com and in the email, also include the link to this thread along with your forum username.

    Let us know here when you've sent the email, so we can confirm we got it.

    After uninstall and deletion of the 1password folder, a reinstall was successful.
