in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hi all,
I am a new user.
I am using "1P desktop" (trial).
I downloaded:
- AgileBits.OnePassword.Desktop
- 1Password-4.6.1.616
1Password Chrome Extension + 1Password Helper: ENABLED
PROBLEM: all passwords / data saved do not synchronize with 1Password account.
Could you please help me?

    Hi @chrisonear,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with 1Password.
    You can only use the 1Password.com account with 1Password 6 which you seemingly already downloaded.

    Have you saved logins and other data in 1Password 4 already?
    If so, please follow the instructions in our Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account guide to get the data into 1Password 6 and don't forget to uninstall 1Password 4 after all information has been moved.
