unable to change master password
When I login to the 1password website to change my master password, the Windows client fails to recognize the new password that I set. That is, the Windows client forces me to continue using the old password. I even uninstalled the Windows client and re-installed, but it still kept on asking me to use the old password.
I noticed that there's a directory at C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local that stores 1Password data. When I deleted this directory, then the client started recognizing the new password.
Is it a bug that the user must delete this directory in order to change the master password on the Windows client?

Hi there @seattleman,
Thank you for reaching out! There is an issue right now, where you have to change Master Password for your account on 1Password.com and in 1Password 6 app separately. We are aware of it and it will be fixed in one of the future updates. Thank you for noticing! :+1:
However, in order to work around this issue, you don't need to delete those files. You can just re-sign in to your account in 1Password 6, so the app could get the updated account info. For example, if you changed the Master Password for your account on 1Password.com, here is what you have to do to update the Master Password in 1Password 6 app:
1) In your browser, sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
2) Click your account name in the top right and choose Get the Apps.
3) Drag your QR code to the 1Password 6 app window.
4) Enter your Master Password and select “Sign in”.The info will be updated and everything will be synced. I hope it helps. :) If you have any other questions, please let us know, we are here to help.
