Syncing with 1password.com does not work proper
Hi,
online i have 36 Logins and three vaults. In 1PfW6 it shows two vaults and 9 Logins ...
Any hints?
Thanks
Ok. Sign in and out solves the problem, the sync process but still does not work properly!
1Password Version: 6.1.272
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: 1password.com

@Sunshine: I'm sorry for the trouble! This only rarely comes up, and it tends to be in cases where there are network restrictions or "security" software interfering. Is all your data accessible in both the web interface and Windows app now? Sometimes the initial "sync" can take a bit, but when I make a change in one or the other it's generally just a few seconds before the data shows up everywhere else. Let me know what you find!

Hi brenty,
I do not think it is at security software or the network. Both runs over month without changes.
Sometimes i add an login online and can it within second see in Windows.
It can also happen that after two days no login was synchronized.I found two events in windows eventlog.
Perhaps here is the problem?!Anwendung: AgileBits.OnePassword.Desktop.exe Frameworkversion: v4.0.30319 Beschreibung: Der Prozess wurde aufgrund einer unbehandelten Ausnahme beendet. @Sunshine: Indeed! It appears that 1Password is crashing on your system for some reason. Were you able to send the crash reports? If so, the development team will already have them, and that will give them some insight into that's causing this.
If you're still having trouble, the best thing to do will be to restart your PC, reproduce the same issue, and then generate diagnostic information so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:
- Open the main 1Password app
- In the Search box, type
/log
and press Enter - Save the log and attach it to a new email to support+windows@agilebits.com
Just be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can quickly track it down. Once we see it we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance! :)
