I updated my 1 Password acccount. It now is working off Vault 3. But, it's taking 10 minutes to open

I am having trouble opening my Vault 3. It takes 10 minutes to search for the "correct version." It was recently updated. I have completely rebooted by computer and still the problem persists.

    Thanks for writing in.

    When you said it is taking 10 minutes to search for the correct version, do you mean 1Password 4 is checking for an update when you open it?

    Can you cancel the update dialog?

    Hi @jrrleopold,

    You should be able to press the esc key or click on the 'x' button. The other option is to disable 1Password Helper from launching upon rebooting if you can't make it work.

    What Windows version are you using?
