1password setup process

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I am having trouble getting my 1password setup. I have downloaded the information for windows and I downloaded the extension for chrome and when I click on the 1password icon it's telling me that it's not connected. I've read the information to try and correct it and it's still not connecting. Can someone please give me some help or is there a number for support that I can call and have someone walk me through the process? Thanks Rodrick

    Thank you for reaching out and giving 1Password a try! :)

    Could you please elaborate what version of 1Password you have installed? Also, please specify, do you have any kind of antivirus software installed? Sometimes this might be the issue, if 1Password can't connect to its extension in the browser.
