You can open our extension page in Vivaldi here: http://www.agilebits.com/browsers/index.html and click on green Install button.

As for 1Password 4 vs. 6, it depends on if you're using 1Password.com service. 1Password 4 is for the customers that do not plan to use our 1Password.com cloud services at the moment. 1Password 6 is limited to 1Password.com customers.

A future update is coming to enable full local vault support in 1Password 6, so it'll be one app for everyone but we don't have a timeframe on this.
