Rich Icons do not show up in 1 Password 6

in 1Password 4 for Windows

This is rather simple but while my web version of 1 Password will show rich icons, the desktop version of 1 Password 6 doesn't. They both sync with each other but I don't know if I am using the wrong version or if if there is something else I should do. Does 1 Password 4 sync with the web version? I could really use some help here

Extension Version: 1 Password 6
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: Subscription

    Ditto. Still in the testing phase but the icons make it user friendly especially for the family. They show on the web version on my PC and on my Macbook but not on the Windows desktop version. I've read some threads and it says to File>download which I see nowhere on either version. I find it hard to believe this is a space issue (as I've also read)

    Hi you two.

    We're sorry for the confusion here. Rich icons are not yet supported in 1Password 6.
    It is very high up on our todo list, though.

    @MacJW The instructions you found are for 1Password 4, sorry.

    @gman13 No, 1Password 4 doesn't work with 1Password.com accounts, only with local vaults.

    We're hoping to have rich icon support in 1Password 6 soon.
