Missing New Team Vaults on v6

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I added approximately 40 vaults to my 1Password for Teams account last night using the web interface. Today I launched my Windows v6 client and none of the newly added vaults are syncing in... only the vaults that existed in my teams account before last night are there. How can I get new vaults to sync over?

    Sorry to hear about your issue.

    Just to confirm: you created 40 vaults inside your 1Password Teams account on the website that aren't showing up in your 1Password Teams in 1Password 6?

    Have you changed your master password on the website recently?

    Correct on the first part. No to the second part, master password has never been changed.

    And now when I opened 1Password 6 today all of the vaults are listed. So who knows what was going on. I do know that I have rebooted between yesterday and today so maybe that has something to do with it... or maybe 1Password 6 needed more time before it checked for new vaults? I didn't see any options to force it to check for new vaults.

    Very peculiar.

    Usually the app refreshes almost instantly. Seems like something got stuck.
    If this happens again, can you please send us diagnostics from inside the app?
