1Password Doesn't work on Quickbooks Online
Here is the URL to login - I have verified this in all browsers and it has nothing to do with my install or my computer so please just go ahead and escalate it to your developers. Thanks much!

@AgileBurger: Well, if I escalate this to the development team without being able to reproduce it, they're going to think I'm crazy! ;)
I was able to save and fill a login at that URL using both 1Password 4 and 6 in Chrome 54 and Firefox 49. Please tell me the following:
- OS version
- 1Password version
- browser version
- extension version
- exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect
The more information you can give, the better. Often simply manually saving the login will save additional information that will allow 1Password to work. Thanks in advance! :)

Hmmm. WordPress also isn't working for me.
I suppose this is compounded by the fact that the software sometimes gets a little quirky, the longer you use it on one computer.
All my versions of everything are 100% newest. But if I must do the research and list everything manually ...
Chrome: Version 54.0.2840.87 m (64-bit)
Firefox: 49.0.2
1Password: 4.6.1.616
Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3199986)
Extension 4.6.1.90Exact steps: Clicking your extension, clicking the Quickbooks item in the list of saved logons, and watching nothing happen. Its pretty simple.

This is the only way Im able to get logged in. It was manually saved in the past and I have to go in to the application to retrieve it manually every time now.Once again - the software tends to break over time for some reason.
Maybe the solution is to delete the item from 1Password and try resaving it. But that still means there's a bug.
But that would explain why it works for you as a new attempt, and not me.0 -
Yeah.
Confirmed.
I had to delete it. Then it saved it new, and worked to help me log in.
This is still a bug.
Your software breaks routinely.
And things stop working routinely.
I guess I will use this hack for every website as each one of them slowly breaks over time.
Good times.

@AgileBurger: You're welcome! I'm glad that helped! You're right though. You shouldn't have to do that. However, if this had happened because 1Password was broken, saving a new login would not help.1Password would still be broken. There are a lot of other variables at play, though. I'm sorry that this seems to happen to you more than most. I guess the websites I use frequently tend to stay the same for long periods of time. We don't have control over changes to websites (or the browsers themselves), but we'll keep working to make 1Password smarter so it can better compensate in these cases. And, with that in mind, I think you might benefit from creating a "generic" (for lack of a better term) login by hand in the main 1Password app itself:
- Open the main 1Password app
- Create a new Login item
- Fill in the username, password, and website fields
- Save it and try it in the browser
In this case, since 1Password has no information about the page, it won't be trying to fill the form it originally saved even if it changes. It will just do its best to find a username and password field. Period. I've found this to be useful on sites that serve a different page based on the user agent (mobile versus desktop, for instance). Let me know if that helps! :)
