Issue logging in to Chrome extension

Today Google Chrome started freezing on start and after trying to troubleshoot the only thing that worked was to uninstall and reinstall it.

Now the 1Password extension won't log me in. When I enter the master password it just says "connecting... 1... 2... 3... 4... 5..." and continues to count up.
