Unable to unlock new iPhone with Master Password

I just picked up an additional iPhone, but 1Password on the new phone is not accepting the same Master password that is currently accepted and working perfectly on both the Mac and my other phone. I can't sync without unlocking the app on the new phone, so now what?

Thanks for taking the time to write in!
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble unlocking 1Password on your iPhone. Could you please tell me how you got your 1Password data on that phone?
If all of your data is available on your other devices I'd recommend deleting 1Password from the new iPhone, reinstalling it, and then syncing with your other devices:
Sync your 1Password data
Please note that this will delete all 1Password data from the new phone, so only do this if your data is available elsewhere.
Thanks!

Well, first, I have no idea if the "data" is on the phone, since I can't unlock the app...the app is there from a restore from backup (typical restor in iTunes when anyone migrates to a new device or needs a full restore for whatever other reason...). All my data is my MacBook Pro, and my iPhone 5S. My g-friend and daughter are on the family license (I think), but, whatever, their data is also on their Macs and respective iPhones... This issue is only pertaining to my 1Password app on my iPhone SE.
