registration process keep getting "Error parsing response from server during license activation."

I have purchased a windows license and try to install it at work. But i keep getting "Error parsing response from server during license activation."
and asking to download a file.

Have send in the system report and got a support ID is [#MHI-81477-744]

Need someone to help look at it and reply.
