Shared Password added in Mac not syncing/available in Windows client

My wife just created a new password and added it to the family "shared" vault. I am unable to see it in Windows 1Password.
I've waited 10 minutes, still it does not appear in the windows client.

I logged into the web interface and I see it there. Windows 10 w/ 1Password ver. 6.1.296d

    @Mettius: It sounds like you may need to update your account credentials in the app so it can connect to the server. Please go to 1Password Settings > Accounts & Vaults > Sign In to 1Password Account and login. Let me know if that helps!

    That seemed to fix it. But I'm hoping that isn't expected behavior (as in I shouldn't have to re-sign in constantly.)

    Certainly not constantly, but if you've made changes to your account (plan, password, key, URL) or simply started using the app in an earlier beta, then you'd need to sign in again. 1Password just needs to have the correct credentials and a valid authorization to be able to connect to the server. Anyway, I'm glad that you were able to authenticate and access your data. We're here if you need anything else. :)
