can't install 1password on windows 10

in 1Password 4 for Windows

hello, i logged into my 1password account and got the download link from there.
i try to install the app but i get this error

how can i solve this?

OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Hey @ap89, sorry for the trouble here! This looks you you need to update .NET framework on your PC. Can you go to this link and install .NET 4.6.2 on your PC.

    Once the installation completes, completely restart your PC and try install 1Password 6 again.

    Please let us know how it goes and if you're able to install 1Password. Looking forward to hearing from you :).
