Opening Firefox extension it wants to open a 1password vault and can't find it.

I just signed up, installed the app on all of my computers and devices (2 macs, one iphone, one windows 10 laptop) and it all works except the windows extension for firefox.
The icon is there, but when i click i get it asking to open an existing vault or create a new vault (or restore a vault from backup). Have my 1password app open and am even logged into 1password in the browser. It can't find a vault to open.
I don't know what to do.

Hey @dbowland, sorry for the confusion here! Do you have 1Password 4 installed by any chance? It sounds like the extension helper for 1Password 4 was authorized with the browser rather than 1Password 6.

    To fix this issue:
Completely terminate 1Password 4's process in your task manager.

Also, be sure to check in the task managers background process for another instance of 1Password (32 bit).

Next go to your browser and click the extension. You should be asked to authorize 1Password 6 letting you establish the connection with the extension.

I hope this helps. Let me know how this goes and if you run into any trouble along the way.
