Transfer mac licence to Windows 10

Hi,

I've just moved from mac and purchased a PC and can't get my family 1password licence to work or apply to the windows version.
Can you let me know how I can transfer it please.

    Thanks for writing in.

    You bought the Mac Family license, which does not cover Windows. The family license means you can share your Mac license with up to 5 family members, which can reuse it on any number of Macs they have.

    It is not possible to convert the license but you can upgrade the license to get Windows support at a discount.
